After and hour and a half delay,We arrived safely to Honduras. Thank you for your prayers because going through customs and immigration was very smooth. The "customs officials" were ready to go home by the time we came through- they stamped all of our passports and moved us along!
AJ tipped a bag handler $5 & another $8 to help us load the bags on carts! We later found out from Kjell Fenn, our missionary, that most bag handlers get 20 liemperas which is equivalent to about $1. Kjell also told us that the handlers were smiling because to most of them, the tip we gave them is a day's wages.
We are now in route to Zambrano... a 4 hour drive in rain, flooding, and roads with drivers not quite like us!
We are excited to be here and see what God has for us tomorrow!
